Currently, these are the bottles I'm working through: • Diplomatico Reserva Exclusiva • Diplomatico Single Vintage 2002 • Foursquare Premise • Bacardi Gran Reserva Diez I've been reaching more for either the Diplomatico Reserva or Bacardi 10. The "Hands Down" best I have ever had is Centenario 25 I tried it blind one day, then went back and bought their remaining 3 bottles. Drinks more like a Bourbon, aged in ex-bourbon casks and at that ABV so no wonder. Still not overly hot and the rum essence is present. Back label claims no sugar or other additives.
