What drinks do you make with it? Tell me about it I never tried it but see the things for sale on my facebook feed and just wondering. Thanks check out the restaurant at girona, north of barcelona, 'can roca'. unbelievably brilliant. but the star for me is their dessert, 'havana dreams'. comes with a mojito sorbet and then a marble cigar holder with a place for ash. the cigar is ice-cream with a chocolate wrapper and the ash, a little pile of it, is spices to dip the 'cigar' into. but what makes this truly amazing is that they get smoke into the ice-cream. partagas D4, to be specific. they do this by attaching a vacuum machine to the ice-cream maker. sucks the smoke into the ice-cream but it is quite subtle. extraordinary. 2 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
