Its OK, I got the creature wrong anyway. Still, as long as he avoided the tentacles.

tentacles are not the problem. as rob mentioned, the beak. if they bite you. 

as for that idiot, if breathing was not involuntary...

The beak would have been the problem, as I also mentioned, if the creature was in fact a blue ringed octopus. But I got that wrong, the creature the guy was supposedly going to lick was a blue bottle, so the stinging tentacles would be the issue.

Some days you just wish blue bottle's had control of their tentacles. Would've been nice to see it suddenly wrap it's tentacles around the fool's head as he goes in for the lick.
