When I was in the navy I got to visit the UK twice, first time on our Independence Day which was a little ironic but got me a ton of free drinks, lolWas anchored off Portsmouth, a very neat town, especially with your old, reconstructed wooden, sails flag ship that I'm forgetting the name of...Took the train to London both times and it was pretty nice for a big city. Didn't have to pay for many drinks there either once people heard our American accents and found out we were in the navy.
