London Calling

Greetings from sunny London (Har, har!), December 2021.  By way of introduction:

• Timmyd is not my real name
• I'm a Canadian, living South West London for the last 15 years
• I recently rejoined my tribe by becoming a British citizen
• I've been smoking cigars since a dear friend gave me a Montecristo No.4 and smoked it with me over 30 years ago
• I am equally a fan of single malt, and try my darndest to build my collection, but have a house-angel, that seems to take his share faster than I can collect.
• I rue the lack of variety of cigar shops in SW London, and am always on the lookout for new outlets
• Most of my favourite cigar moments are found walking through Richmond Park on a clear day (actually, any weather will do), stogie in hand, my dog rummaging around the bushes, and a suitable walking companion.
• I'm a Dominican fan, and Cubans on special occasions: usually involving a big meal.
• I source locally, or in the City when I can (JJ Fox - yes!), or stock up on frequent trips to Spain.
