I don't remember those numbers being that high 😂

Is the OMRON device enough to qualify for the optional competition?  I bought it on my last weight loss kick a few years ago.

Welcome to the 2022 International Fat Bastard Competition! 12 week challenge* Bijan....don't actually count the weeks    This is the weekend we start  The Rules: 1. Regis

You all have got to be kidding, right? After investing thousands of dollars building my tool shed ,you want me to lose it for a chance at some stogies? No way, I'm fat and sassy with plenty of stogies

Last day for registrations

We will have the spreadsheets ready in a few days time. I will have to make a call on what Bio's to measure on the second comp as there are a few grey areas. Don't get too concerned.

Primary goal is a better outcome after 12 weeks

That Fish and Chip thread is a killer :rotfl:

Late to the game, but like the idea of accountability. Things got rough over the past year--I was on a good road to getting back to a goal weight when family health issues and the winter knocked be down (or in terms of weigh, up) a few pegs. Things aren't fitting like I'd like and I am slowly coming around to the idea that a 32 waist may be out of the question.

Just got cleared by doc that the stress fracture in my foot is good, so joining you gents (unofficially) to keep up with the fun.

My fancy gym has measurement things, so might post those later.

photo for proof (I should clean that scale off). Staring weight: 222.6 lbs. Sorry for meh looking feet.
