I used to clearfy my teethes with an unkown pouder. (The contents are revealed but I cannnot translate it into English.) I started that even before I started on cigars because of coffee and tea stains. Plus, the hygienist I see is hot! I love it when she works me over. I brush and floss at a minimum 2 - 3 times daily and do use mouth wash. I have been thinking of using one of the whitening products myself.
