You couldn´t believe it how far we were compared to other Latin Americans countries and even Europe. Did you know thet we had Railroads way before it was introduced in Spain? 1837!!! It was made after the Festival and it´s awesome to see hte way they did it in such a short time. Its a revival of the old Malecon baths.
