A very dark 2016 Petit Edmundo from the Canadian box pass. My first Petit Edmundo. Starts out pepper/cayenne and then coffee. Cocoa and chocolate. A cool nutty flavour, like pistachio ice cream. Mint chocolate chip. Then mint and spicy cinnamon for the final third. Ash looked like it was about to fall off but I kept tapping it and it stayed stuck on until about 2/3 of the way through. Best of the Edmundos I've had so far. 2002 Hoyo du Roi ROTT.
