It's unlikely, unless they were dead, you would of seen them moving.  Just interested as I've never seen anything like that on a wrapper, that wasn't wood mites

wrapper heating up and blistering. (basal part of trichomes containing 'oils')

Are those wood mites?  not that thats a problem. The only reason I ask, is I had a run in with these fellas recently
