Had a great bbq today with family and friends, wife's chimichurri was a hit with the ribs. My 5 yr old is riding her bike like a champ now, it's fun to watch. Now it's time to unwind with a cigar and some carmenere, bbqing is hard work! On a side note, I used to abhor red wine with a cigar, but it's growing on me. The Specially Selected is not usually a go-to cigar of mine. Should reconsider taking up in reg. rotation. Paired with a beer I grabbed in passing by, thinking it was Irish. Actually, on closer look turned out Faeroese! Nice. Robusto Corto - Flavour flash! A cigar like an espresso. 2014 Superiores. I had high expectations and thought that might lead to disappointment but I am enjoying it immensely. Probably won't have these too often as I'd like to see how they develop over the next 5 or 10 years. We had new counters put in a couple of months ago and earlier this week my wife and I put in a new backsplash. This was a much lighter/greener wrapper than the box I have from 15 and was not nearly as enjoyable. Today I had a 13 Party Habanero which was incredible.
