Rainy north of Atlanta.  She's out shopping, I'm making chex mix and waiting for football to start.  Nice Christmas blend coffee and a Party Short.  I tried the dip in water, and I'll be damned if it didn't help them a ton.  These are my oldest box, '13 from here, and the last few had been eh.  Very sourdough and yummy this go round.  Or maybe I'm just excited for Santa to come.  Also, my truck is filthy, gotta wash it soon (the garage is for her and smoking when it rains)

Partagas Aristocrat UBM JUL 17.
Rarely mentioned and an under the radar bargain stick which can be hard to find.
A little but not unpleasant bitterness to start & a cream aftertaste. Nice firm draw. Mild to medium strength, picking up later to a solid medium. Cedar, slight black coffee (one sugar, weak), hint of hazelnut, no spice til the halfway point and even then just a little on the lips, last third more nuttiness and a caramel sweetness. Construction v good throughout if a little dull on the wrapper. Good smoke output, no touch ups or relights needed. 45 mins all in.

San de La Habana Cristóbal El Príncipe TOS May 2016

This was the first cigar I enjoyed after a 19 hour connected flight from Sydney-Dallas-Orlando. In a sense I was exhausted, but as it was still 4 pm in the afternoon Sydney time but Midnight Orlando time, I was wide awake and couldn't fall asleep. Thankfully the weather was perfect. This cigar was the perfect pick-me-up, beautifully balanced, the type that the likes of @NSXCIGAR and @cfc1016 would certainly appreciate!

Cohiba Shorts

I smoked this straight after the San Cristobal El Principe. It was an awesome 10 minute purito, so full of Cohiba grass and honey flavour!

Hard to beat San Diego weather for Christmas.

After a long day of traveling, we are finally at Whistler Mountain.  The drive from Vancouver airport was majestic.  I gotta say, I love Canada.

Anyway, just had a great meal, and finishing the night with a Siglo VI.

Sulking a little tonight being that the Steelers are all but eliminated from the playoffs (never thought I'd ever root for the Browns but go Cleveland beat the Ravens next week), but coordinating this smoke with @JayHabanos should alleviate my mood a bit. '09 ERDM Choix Supreme paired with a Blue Point Winter Ale and a splash of Elijah Craig Barrel Proof Bourbon. Merry Christmas everyone incase I don't make it on tomorrow night or the next!
