Not sure how old this one is though pretty sure I haven't purchased one of these in way over a decade. Given that, it is a fairly mellow smoke with a bit of red pepper, cedar, baking spices and a light earthiness come through. Still a bit tannic on the palate. This is my first cab of these and have had a few singles but don't have a ton of experience with Punch DC, I would expect them to lose some of the edges although there are not that many and gain some complexity.
