I was expecting a little more sweetness because of the rum but I almost felt that it had a spicier note left on the throat. Just my opinion of course. This mornings breakfast Nespresso, moms banana bread and a wonderful Reynaldo Closed-foot Robusto I picked up from him in July 2018. I now only buy from a few sources but largely from our host. Nothing like a little quality control on top of authentic cigars IMHO. If I am going to a place where I know I can smoke a cigar, I bring my own in a small airtight crushproof container. Put them away in the Humi for a little over 4 months -- took them out and closely inspected them tonight. One box is full of nice darker, oily wrappers throughout the whole box, similar to the one below. The other box has a mixture of 3 different wrappers, a few dark like the first box, most a lighter, medium brown and a few a light brownish-green. Took this one from the second box and smoked it tonight. At 2 and ¼ years old, it was fantastic - medium bodied aromatic smoke, smooth taste, light cocoa - didn't really get any of that Monte cream; might have been because I paired it with two cups of Tie-Guan-Yin Oolong Tea I bought while in Beijing.
