Wow..Original release. Mine was 2016, flavors are very good for this one.. Kinda turn the corner, previous ones I smoke was average at best. Looking forward to the next one in a month or two.

Possibly my favorite of all cigar releases, a BME AGO 11 Cohiba 1966. Needless to say I burnt my fingers. Wow!

Where would you put it on the common strength scale of mild, medium, full or a combo of 2?

Granted, the extra 3 years may have mellowed mine a bit more than yours, but have had better luck with stronger smokes when young, not being too mild or bland for my tastes with age, especially much past the 5 year mark, out of the roughly 50+ aged and Vintage smokes I have had.

Have a 2016 I have been sitting on for no particular reason that I really need to smoke as it will be my first DC and first Lusi.

How was it strength of flavor wise? I haven't had good luck with milder when young Cigars appealing to me past 5 years age or so.

The ones I actually liked were all stronger when young.

I have a 2016 I need to try out as it would be my first DC, and first Lusitania

Any particular box dates or factory codes that tend to be typically mild, or typically stronger that you have noticed or heard/read anywhere?

Mine was really milder than I prefer my smokes, so would love to be able to get stronger ones if its possible to know how they are based on box code...

18 HU #2 - I think only the SWs beat these for my favorite HUs (to date anyway). Cookies, cream, white pepper and a unique funk that I really only find in the #2s. However many more boxes I have of these, aren't enough.

Don Pepin Garcia Blue Label Lancero

Extremely tasty.

Cold draw was pretty tight but easily fixed with the PerfecDraw, and smoked just fine.

Burn was excellent, as was construction aside from the tight roll.

A very nice smoke. Definitely enjoyed it

2021 Bolivar RC.. this one was a bit stronger-bodied with leather and earthy flavours. Cocoa still there but not as sweet as its other box-mates so far. Nice nonetheless.

Davidoff 2000 Signature blah blah... I will bash these. Never had a Davidoff so figured I'd try a few. Not awful, but not worth the $ whatsoever.

Espinosa Laranja, a typically good, inexpensive Lancero.

Really like the PLMC's.

Tasty smokes with a slightly different flavor profile than the PC's.

Unfortunately tight rolls seem common, like most small rg cigars, but no longer an issue now that I possess a Perfecdraw.

Works wonders on tight draws.

A few months ago I bought 2 singles of multiple different Davidoff's to try and wasn't really impressed by any of them, especially for the price.

Do enjoy the Zino lines though, especially the Platinum Scepter series and the Platinum Z-Class 550R Robustos.

Totally different profiles than the regular Davidoff's and a little cheaper on average.

Highly recommend trying either of the two mentioned.

Cohiba Siglo V

Extremely tasty, just like my staple Cohiba, the Siglo II, but with a significantly longer smoke time which is nice.

Perfect burn and construction.

Draw was a little tight even after using my PerfecDraw on it, but not too bad.
